BREEDING COTON DE TULEAR

Being a breeder comes with a significant responsibility; my goal is to deliver healthy, well-adjusted puppies with great temperaments. I start with our female dogs and carefully select the right male to complement them.

While all our puppies are sold as family pets, many possess show potential. However, it's difficult to assess their show ability at just 9 weeks old.

I believe everyone deserves a beautiful dog that meets various criteria. Since we breed long-haired dogs, it's essential to introduce proper coat care early on. From birth, our puppies are gently handled, massaged, and cuddled. By 3 weeks, they’re introduced to combs and nail clippers, and from that point, they receive daily grooming and weekly nail trims.

At 4 weeks, they experience their first bath, which is usually quite smooth, and we continue this routine weekly until they move to their new homes. Many of our puppy owners report that their dogs are easy to groom and stand calmly on the table. I've noticed a big difference in those who have been groomed regularly from a young age, compared to other young dogs who struggle during grooming.

For those interested in adopting a puppy from us, it's vital to visit regularly starting at 3 weeks old—ideally every week. This familiarity helps ease the transition to their new home.
